Sales Support Specialist

This key position supports our retail and team sales departments and is responsible for a wide variety of tasks. This position is full time and one evening per week and/or occasional Saturday hours are required.

1. Process and expedite orders from sales team to make sure all orders are processed effectively and error free
2. Assist customers in the retail store as needed
3. Assist phone customers
4. Apply graphics to various garments using heat transfer technology as needed
5. Verify incoming freight shipments
6. Provide input to buying department on retail trends
7. Expedite online orders for timely delivery
