Now Hiring - Team Sales Representative 

Looking for an excellent opportunity to start a career in the sporting goods industry? If you've always enjoyed athletics, this is the perfect opportunity to utilize your business skills with the sports you enjoy.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

*Generate revenue and meet sales targets.

*Provide outstanding service to existing team athletic accounts (youth athletic clubs, schools, corporate accounts). Increase sales to current accounts by selling to additional programs and levels.

*Communicate effectively with customers and maintain strong product knowledge.

*Must be willing to learn custom apparel and uniforms as well as athletic equipment.

*Provide input on marketing and promotions.

*Utilize prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other tools to develop and grow existing customer base.

Required Skills:

* A passion for providing excellent customer service and building long term customer relationships.

* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and excellent interpersonal skills.

* Self motivated and driven to succeed.

* Detail oriented.

* Athletic background preferred but not required.

* Basic computer graphics knowledge helpful.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree - applicable field.

* Coaching or athletic experience

* Computer software knowledge: Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (bonus)

KM SPORTS is a southeastern Wisconsin sporting goods company in business since 1972 with an immediate need for a Team Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a background in athletics and will have a strong desire to build on an existing customer base.
